What are the prices? 

The prices vary according to the subscriptions. They start from €19 per user per month.

What are the means of payment? 
All the payments are performed online by credit card. If you have any problem while paying, don't hesitate over contacting us at support@powerslide.io.
How to upload my data?

It's very easy! It is enough to go to "Datasources" and drag & drop your file.

It is also possible to click on the "Upload" button and find your file on your computer.

Then, you have to click on the "Import datasource" button on the left-top corner.

You are now able to start designing you presentation :)

What are the accepted data? 
The handled files are .xls and .csv. For any other requirement, please contact us.
Do the data update by themselves? 

The data are automatically updated only if they are properly connected to your database. If in doubt, please contact us :).

Do I have to fill in my bank details for the trial?

Not at all, no bank detail is needed to start the trial.

They will be asked only at the time of the subscription.

When will my subscription be debited?

Two types of subscriptions are available: monthly subscription or yearly subscription. Choose the option that suits you at your subscription validation time.
If you choose the monthly one, the direct debit will occur 30 days after the first payment.
 

Can I add more users during my subscription?
Of course! From the settings, grant access to your colleagues in the 'Users settings' panel simply by filling in their email address. They will instantly receive the invitation and their accounts will be activated once they have entered their activation code.
Is the help desk included into my subscription?
Yes it is, we are available from 7am to 4pm (Paris time), from Monday to Friday.

 

SECURITY

Where do you store my data?
As Powerslide is a SaaS solution, all the files are stored online in our cloud in Europe.
What are your confidentiality protocols?

We attach importance to data security. We obviously respect GDPR rules and regularly have our solutions inspected by independent security expert companies.

Do you store my bank details?

We don't, no bank detail is stored on our servers. All bank details stay at Braintree's, our partner for payment and PayPal subsidiary.

Since when do you exist?
Powerslide is Datarocks' new solution. Our startup was founded in 2014 and has set itself the goal of simplifying data access through intuitive and efficient solutions.
Where are you located?

We are located in Reunion Island, a French department situated in the Indian Ocean!
